At Handicrafts House, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request an exchange or return according to the following policies:

You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition (with original packaging and receipt).

Return:

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is in its original condition and unopened.

Non-returnable Products:

Products that have been used or fall under non-returnable categories (such as custom or specially ordered items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Costs:

The customer will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
